A Tewá 225 atua desde 2013 com socioeconomia aplicada às áreas de sustentabilidade e políticas públicas. Com experiência em articular parcerias, contribuímos para a construção de conhecimento, gestão para projetos na área socioambiental, estudos, além de fortalecimento social para comunidades e organizações. Nosso trabalho passa pela articulação de duas áreas estratégicas: as Dinâmicas Territoriais e a Geração de Conhecimentos.
Methodology
For a social transformation to occur, it is necessary that programs, projects and actions in spatial contexts follow the cycle of change in each work process. Therefore, Tewá 225 has developed a methodology focused on the path of awareness for initiatives that aim at a positive impact and the promotion of development, with social participation.
This cycle goes through 4 stages focused on generating shared value for society, proposing organizations and local communities, working with a special focus on the autonomy of the territories:
Raise awareness about the challenges of the territory, the data that characterize it, who the actors are, what are their pains and needs, their desires, their history so far. Talking about it, planning, building narratives, social strategies and projects with shared value generation. Build, with a view to transformation, a strategy for that territory, with social participation and Consolidate such experience, structuring knowledge management with a view to continuous improvement.
