Aligning the interests of local strategic actors based on the actions being developed in the Metropolitan Region and building a multi-stakeholder work agenda. Building the vision of the future for the Cities 4 Forests initiative in the region.

Develop an accessible content for the empowerment of women in the countryside, in the chain of restoration of forest landscapes in the Atlantic Forest.
Results
Publication of 5 booklets for women on the themes: landscape restoration, entrepreneurship and income generation, climate change, governance, dialogue and networking, and social mobilization and political action.

Challenge
Integrate the Department of Education with the City Hall's citizen services systems, generating institutional capacities.
Results
Mapping and redesign of processes in order to integrate education services to the system 156, with training for attendants and creation of a multidisciplinary management group focused on the citizen's vision, aiming at continuous improvement. Publication of an SME Citizen Services Policy.
